This store is the only reason I will ever return to Men’s Wearhouse. The Overland Park store messed up and never committed the order. My cousins wedding was in less than two days and my son was the ring bearer. They had to rush the suit to Wichita. The manager of the Wichita store personally called me about the issue to make sure they made it right. Three young men in there were absolutely awesome. I believe I was helped by a guy named Kyle. Day and night difference between the Overland Park store where we were ignored or told to come back on two separate occasions, and then on the third occasion they didn’t even send the order in.

James was such a pleasure to work with for my son’s first suit shopping experience. He was very knowledgeable and was able to connect with our son about his upcoming piano performance making the experience very personal and fun. The sale was low pressure and stayed within our budget. Will defiantly be back to see James next time!

Mrs Lori Silsby was so so amazing, she went over and beyond to make sure I was going to be sharp for my 60th birthday. The store atmosphere was so pleasant, she and her co worker did an amazing job taking the time to show me different styles of tuxedos. I came in pretty close to a wedding which I’m such is inconvenient, but they were able to get my correct full body measurements, took their time with me and made me feel like a priority ALL while being very kind and having uplifting attitudes. I highly recommend anyone who wants to look good, to go here. Truly amazing customer service.

Lori was extremely helpful in getting my fiancé and his groomsmen set up! She was very knowledgeable in styles, color, and alllll the other things! I could not be more pleased with our experience! She is AMAZING!

Kyle was a huge help. We came in looking for two suits during the holidays on a time crunch, and he went above and beyond to help us find something that would work. I don’t know who needs to hear this but this guy deserves a raise for his commitment to customer service. Would have been really easy to shuffle us away but instead he spent something like an hour with us fitting and providing information.

You must stop in and see the vast selections available to dress a man for nearly every occasion. Men's Warehouse has a great selection from head to toe. Grab your friend and get a hold of the bargains to be found. A full suit, which includes shirt, tie, pocket scarf, vest, pants and jacket as well as a travel bag costs less than 7 oil changes for your truck/car. Formal clothes shopping can be daunting, the expert staff will make the journey easy as putting gas in the tank. Consultant Jett worked with our budget and found solutions quickly. So if you have 35 mins and an event that calls for style, stop here and make a wise choice that will make you look good for years to come. Cuz "every girl's crazy about a sharp dressed man".

Needed a suit for a wedding. Absolutely flawless experience with Men’s Wearhouse! Went in, got fitted about 3 weeks before the wedding. Got a text letting me know my suit was on the way, and another when it arrived at the store. Went in the next day for a fitting, and the jacket and pants needed to be altered. The manager in suit rentals (Lori? She was AMAZING) said to come the day before the wedding, try the pants and jacket again. Pants were just a bit too long, she had them re-hemmed on the spot! Suit looked great, fit perfect, could not be happier! I have 2 weddings coming up, and I won’t hesitate to rent from them again. Thanks to the great staff at this location, your kindness and attention to detail was very much appreciated!

I went into Men’s Wearhouse 2/15/26. I was greeted from Lori. She was extremely nice extremely helpful!! She knew what she was talking about - can’t brag enough about her. I had to return the following day 2/16/26 when Jet helped me. Very helpful very knowledgeable and told me what looked good on me and didn’t lol which I greatly appreciated. He got me what I needed and was very professional while doing so. Great experience and I will be back. Ya’ll are very lucky to have these types of people in store - especially these days. Great job guys!
